■ Amplifier unit expansion
When amplifier units are gang-mounted, a wider range of applications can be sup-
ported by simultaneous processing of multiple areas and combination of measurement
items can be combined.

● Example 1
In this configuration, multiple areas in an image from a single Sensor Head are
inspected and multiple inspection items are performed.
● Example 2
In this configuration, multiple sensor heads are used to simultaneously inspect multiple
locations on a workpiece.
When the TRIG signal is input to an amplifier from a single specified Amplifier Unit, the
connected Amplifier Unit starts sensing immediately. The results of sensing are inte-
grated on the Amplifier Unit to which the TRIG signal was input, and a total judgment
result is output.
