Button
BPM TAP To determine the beats per minute (BPM) for the current tile simply tap
the button to the beat of the music until the value is indicated in the display
14 Press control
TRACK/FOLDER
Turn the control to browse titles, and then press it to select the
desired title; title number and title name are indicated in the display
For selecting folders, first press the control, and then turn it to
browse the folders. Press the control again to select the desired
folder. Afterwards, the unit switches back to the title selection mode.
15 Button SINGLE Engages single title playback mode (the unit will play one title and
stop). Otherwise, all titles of the CD or the selected folder will be
played.
16 Button CUE As default setting pressing CUE will cause the player to enter pause
mode at the starting point (time index 0:00:00) of the title (button lights
red). To set the cue point at a different spot of the title, enter pause
mode and use the jogdial (set to search mode) to go to the exact spot.
As soon as playback is started a new cue point is memorized (button
flashes repeatedly). Holding down the CUE button changes the
function to preview, and allows you to stutter start or play from the cue
point.
17 Button Switches between play and pause. During playback the blue LED
lights, in pause mode it flashes.
18 Buttons PITCH BEND The Pitch Bend feature creates a temporary change of speed; as long
as you keep the buttons pressed, the beat of the title is slowed do

19 Button REPEAT For selecting the repeat functions:
first actuation: continuous repeat of the title selected
second actuation: continuous repeat of all titles of the CD or the
current folder
third actuation: normal playback
20 Button TIME
Audio CD: Switches the time indication between elapsed, remaining
title and total remaining time
MP3: Switches the time indication between elapsed and remaining
title time
21 Mounting points The device is intended for installation in a 19" rack (483 mm), but can
also be used as a desktop device. In any case, air must be able to flow
unhindered through all ventilation openings to ensure adequate
cooling. For rack installation, 2 units are required. You can fix the unit
with four screws M6 in the rack.
