TROUBLESHOOTING
Error Possible cause Remedy
The treadmill will not start / is not func-
tional
The mains plug is not connected to a
power socket.
Connect the mains plug to a power socket.
Emergency stop safety key not inserted Insert the emergency stop safety key into
the slot.
The fuse in the treadmill interrupts the
power supply
Replace the fuse
The ON/OFF button is in the OFF position Switch the button to ON
Cable connections are interrupted Check all of the cable connections
The treadmill does not run in a straight
line or is jerky
The belt has not been tensioned adequate-
ly
The belt must be re-adjusted
The belt stops during training The belt has not been lubricated adequate-
ly
The belt must be lubricated
The belt has been tensioned too severely The belt must be loosened
Emergency stop safety key not inserted Insert the emergency stop safety key into
the slot in the panel
Computer display error
E01 The wiring for the motor has not been con-
nected properly
Connect the wiring properly
E02 The connection between the circuit board
and the motor has been interrupted
Check the plug connection or replace the
circuit board
E03 No signal from the speed sensor Check the plug connection between the
sensor and the circuit board or replace the
sensor
E04 No self-test of tilt adjustment mechanism Check the cable connection to the tilt ad-
justment mechanism and the power cable.
Press the Incline key again. If the self-test
starts, you can use the device again. If the
test fails, switch the device o immediately,
and contact our Service Department.
E05 Excessive current, more than 6A
The belt will not switch o. A audible warn-
ing signal is issued for approx. 9 seconds.
Stop the belt and switch it o. Then restart.
Error: Excessive voltage; something is inter-
fering with the treadmill
Check if the motor is making an unusual
noise, or if you can smell burning.
E07 Computer has not received a safety signal
from the emergency stop
Insert the emergency stop safety key into
the slot in the panel
The emergency stop safety key is defective Exchange the emergency stop safety key
Motor The motor does not start Contact the service department
Display fault The display cable has not been connected
properly
Check the cable connection
Display fault Power malfunctions Set the main switch on the motor cover to
OFF. Then wait for a minute and switch the
treadmill back on.
No pulse display Hand pulse cable interrupted Check the wiring
Computer cable interrupted Check the wiring. Replace the computer, if
needed
