• go to the next value "Age".
• You can now enter your age. The preset age is 25. You
can press +/- to set your exact age (between 1-100).
Then press the Mode button to go to the next value
"Height".
• You can now enter your height. 170 (cm) appears in the
display window. You can press the +/- buttons to set
your exact height (between 100-199 cm). Then press
the Mode button to go to the next value "Weight".
• You can now enter your weight. You can press +/- to
set your exact weight (between 20-150 kg). The preset
weight is 70 kg.
• Then press the Mode button again and position your
hands over the hand-pulse sensors. The value appears
in the top left of the display after approx. 8 seconds.
• If your fat content is less than 18, it means you are
underweight. The ideal weight is between 18 and 23.
A value between 23 and 28 means you are overweight
and over 29 means you are obese.
• This program is only used to measure your body fat.
PRESET PROGRAMS P1-P12
• Switch on the treadmill.
• Press the Mode button until "P-0" ashes in the display.
• Then press the + and - keys to select your desired pro-
gram. You can choose between 12 dierent programs.
• The initial time is 30 minutes. Press the +/- key to
change the time.
• Press the Start button to start the program.
• Press +/- to set the speed, or press the speed direct
selection keys.
• Press +/- to change the tilt angle of the running surface,
or press the inclination angle direct selection keys.
• Press the Start button to end the program.
