4-5 Customizing Camera Functions
K Confi guring the Lock Lever (C-LOCK Settings)
Choose the controls locked when the lock lever on the
back of the camera is set to C-LOCK. The lock lever can
be used to lock controls and prevent them being used.
In the C-LOCK position, you can choose the controls
locked.
• This item applies during both still photography and movie
recording.
• The controls that can be locked with the lock lever are listed below. The items in the LOCK
column cannot be changed. The items in the C-LOCK column can be changed using this
option.

• The selected control is locked not only during shooting but also while settings are being
adjusted, for example in the menus or LV super control panel.
• The role selected for the Fn lever cannot be changed while controls are locked.
• The lock does not apply to the Fn lever if it has been confi gured to act as an on/off lever
using [Fn Lever/Power Lever] (P. 501).
