3. Select all objectives. Immersion objectives are calibrated in the same wiz-
ard. However the calibration wizard will calibrate all dry objectives first and
subsequently select the immersion medium objective(s).
4. Make sure that the functions [Calibrate XY objective centering] as well as
[Calibrate Z parfocality] is selected.
5. Proceed with [Next].
6. If the image seems not to be in focus perform an autofocus.
