The system will activate the live mode with the 4x objective used.
5. Use the [Stage Navigator] tool window to navigate to the 20x check-
erboard and focus the sample.
6. Defocus by going down (-100 to 200µm in Z) until you see a homogenous
image (no checkerboards) anymore.
