WARNING
To avoid accidental firing, al-
ways look into chamber after
clearing your weapon to make
sure it does not contain a round.
1.
Place selector lever (1) on SAFE.
NOTE: If weapon is not cocked,
lever cannot be pointed toward
SAFE.
2. Remove cartridge magazine (2)
by depressing magazine catch
button (3) and pulling cartridge
magazine (2) down.
3. To lock bolt open, pull charging
lever (4) rearward, press bottom
of bolt catch (5) and allow bolt to
move forward until it engages
bolt catch. Return charging lever
(4) forward.
