TRANSMISSION
1. Press DELAYED.
The display shows the current time.
2. Type the time at which the document is to be sent
(within 24 hours), e.g. 22:10. After each digit is typed,
the cursor moves on to the next digit. Two digits must
be set for each parameter, inserting a zero for
parameters that consist of only one digit. Having
completed the setting by entering the minutes, the
cursor moves back to the first digit of the first
parameter.

f you want to delete the entire setting press CLEAR.
If you want to change one of the digits set, move the
cursor to the digit to be changed (using the < or > key)
and overwrite it with the new digit.
3. Press START to confirm the time set.
4. It is now possible to send the document from the
memory or the ADF; follow the procedure described
in the sections “Transmission from the memory” and
“Transmission from the ADF” earlier in this chapter.
If an ADF transmission has been set, the message
“DELAYED” will appear on the first line of the display.
If this message is alternated with the message “DD/
MM YY”, this means that the document has been
removed from the ADF, so remember to reinsert it.
Only one delayed transmission from the ADF can be
set at a time.
