How To Olde Manor Couch Oldcastle Retail Team
Items Needed - 103 Olde Manor - 9 8x8x16 Gray Block - 9 4x8x16 Gray Block - 1 tube of 3x Liquid Nails - Patio Furniture Cushions
Step 1: Lay 18 Olde Manor blocks in a rectangle as shown. Step 2: Place 9 8x8x16 blocks inside the rectangle.
Step 3: Lay 24 Olde Manor blocks on edge as shown in the picture. You will need to use 2 2/3 blocks on either corner. 2/3 pc Step 4: Place 1 4x8x16 block on top of each 8x8x16 blocks (You may substitute the 4x8x16 with 2 2x8x16 blocks if necessary).
Step 5: Glue the top of the blocks with a landscape adhesive. Step 6: Place Olde Manor blocks on top of glue, mirroring the first course laid. Note: If your Olde Manor are made as a CMU continue to the next step. If your Olde Manor are full size, you will need to place two fence boards as fillers on top of the gray block so that the middle of the seat sits flush with the outer course. See appendix slide.
Step 7: Fill in the middle of the rectangle with 12 full blocks and 2 1/3 blocks. 1/3 pc 1/3 pc Step 8: Glue and place 11 full size blocks and 1 2/3 block as shown in the picture.
Step 9: Glue and place 11 full blocks and 1 2/3 block. Make sure to alternate the placement of the 2/3 block form the previous course to makes sure the vertical joints are overlapped by horizontal joints to maximize stability. Step 10: Glue and place one more course of 11 full blocks and 1 2/3 block. Glue and center 7 full size blocks on the back of the couch.
Step 11: Add cushions
