number ready for the Order Processing Coordinator.
Pricing inquiries and order status can also be made via the Business Partners Exchange BPX, Oki Data’s online information
clearinghouse. You will need a PC, modem, communications software, and Oki Data Authorization (i.e. dealer authentication
and password) to gain access to the system.
EMERGENCY ORDERS
In the U.S., an emergency order can be placed via phone by calling 1-800-727-8654. In Canada, call 905-238-4261.
If the order is phoned in before 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), it will be shipped that day.
The following are terms and conditions for placing emergency orders:
• $25 US handling fee per order
• Limit of three parts per line item; not to exceed three line items
• Customer specifies carrier and priority
• Customer responsible for all freight charges
WARRANTY ORDERS (MISSING PARTS OR BROKEN PARTS OUT OF BOX)
To place a warranty order in the U.S., call 1-800-727-8654. In Canada, call 905-238-4261 or fax to 905-238-4427. Please provide serial
number of unit and part number. The Order Processing Coordinator will issue a return authorization number if items need to be
returned. (For Order Entry queries in Canada, call 905-238-4275.)
ADVANCED WARRANTY CROSS-SHIP PROGRAM
Oki Data has an advance warranty cross-ship program for Authorized Service Dealers. All U.S. advance warranty orders are placed
through the Business Partners Exchange (BPX). In Canada, call 905-238-4265. Please provide serial number of printer, proof of
purchase, part number, date and warranty claim number being used. Resellers can initiate a warranty part cross-shipment only for
products they are authorized to service.
