END-USER/SALES/SERVICE SUPPORT PROGRAMS
1. Become an All Resellers 1) Call Sales Support at 1-800-634-0089 to get in touch with the nearest Oki Data
Authorized Sales Manager or apply through BPX on the Oki Data Web site.
OKI Reseller 2) Request an Authorized Reseller application.
3) Complete the form and return it to your Oki Data Sales Manager who will review/
qualify you. If qualified, you will receive a Reseller Welcome Kit, complete with reseller
ID# and details on all current applicable marketing programs.
2. Receive leads Authorized All authorized OKI retail resellers receive sales leads from phone inquiries, special
from Oki Data’s Resellers only marketing programs and national advertising. Upon inquiry, a prospect receives the name
800 hotline & and phone number of the two nearest retail resellers. VARs who wish to receive sales
national ads leads can do so by calling 856-222-7039 and requesting participation.
3. Oki Data’s Authorized For claim forms, contact your Oki Data Sales Manager or the Oki Data Co-op Specialist
OKI-PLU$ Fund Premier at 856-222-7477. After completion of your claim form for all valid or pre-approved
program Resellers only programs, you will receive direct check payment.
4. Sales & product Authorized Product brochures, line art, matte ads, magazine product review reprints, and Products and
literature Resellers only Programs Guides are available in limited quantities at no cost. Complete a Literature Order
Form and fax it to Hibbert/ Oki Data at 609-393-0338. For current information regarding
literature or to request forms, call the Oki Data Marketing Services Fulfillment Coordinator
at 856-222-7083.

5. Warranty service All Resellers If you’re not a Servicing Dealer, you and your customers can still receive Warranty Service
for end-users through Authorized OKI Servicing Dealers or 3rd Party Service Organizations.
Call 1-800-OKI-DATA (800-654-3282) for the nearest location; have your zip code and
telephone number ready.
6. Become a Authorized Service is a valuable asset to your customers. To qualify for Service Authorization,
Certified Resellers only you must first be Sales Authorized (contact your Oki Data RSE via our Sales Support,
OKI Servicing 800-634-0089), have or attain CompTIA’s A+ Certification, or take OKI University
Dealer Product Technology/Service Testson-line. More information and details are available on
