NOTICE: ! Read the entire IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document – including all text under subheadings – before set up or use of this product. PLEASE RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. KEEP THEM IN A SAFE PLACE WHERE YOU CAN REFER TO THEM AS NEEDED. The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur.
STARTING TO BUILD ! IMPORTANT: READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING: • Before you assemble this greenhouse, you must build a proper foundation. You may use your own base of bricks, concrete blocks or treated wood. Whatever foundation you use, ensure that it is square – by checking that its diagonal measurements are equal – and level, and that the greenhouse is fastened to it securely. If you have made your own base, you will need to drill through the sill of the greenhouse.
GETTING READY Construct a base first so that the greenhouse can be immediately mounted and secured when it is completed Find someone to assist you in the assembly. The work is light and should suit any able-bodied person, who can speed up and ease assembly by assisting you. Note that the construction takes time. Work slowly and methodically so that assembly is more accurate and with fewer errors; rushing only leads to needing to undo and repeat steps done erroneously.
ASSEMBLING THE GREENHOUSE PART 1 – SIDE WALLS Lay out all the parts needed for the side wall, following the layout shown below. The grooves in the support poles should be facing you. The floor bar and gutter bar should be perpendicular to the floor, with the wider end at the top. Part# Part Name Part Image Qty.

ASSEMBLING THE GREENHOUSE PART 3 – FRONT WALL Lay out all the parts needed for the front wall, besides for parts 14 and 19. Follow the same layout as for the rear wall. (The image below is the outside view, so you must lay the pieces out in mirror image to start with.) Make sure that the roof beams are on the correct sides as the left and right differ; the floor bar is perpendicular to the floor, with the wider end at the top; and that the door frame parts are below the frame parts – on the outside.
Follow the steps below to assemble the Front Wall. NOTE: Each step applies to both relevant corners/supports. 02 Note: Steps 1 - 5 follow the same steps used for the back wall. 01 43 52 13 STEP 17 STEP 1 2 Attach the corner brackets to the side and roof beams. ASSEMBLING THE GREENHOUSE PART 4 – FULL STRUCTURE AND ROOF This section completes the greenhouse frame by joining the 4 walls and completing the roof. At this stage it is best if two people work together. Collect all the parts needed for the roof and keep on the side until necessary. Part# Part Name Part Image Qty.

ASSEMBLING THE GREENHOUSE PART 6 – THE VENTS Lay out all the parts needed for constructing the vents, following the layout shown. Slide polycarbonate panel E into the slot between the two narrow sheets of the bars, after removing the protective film on both sides.
ASSEMBLING THE GREENHOUSE PART 17 – INSERTING THE PANELS One at a time, place each transparent panel in its place within the greenhouse frame. Remove the protective film from each side of the panel as you position it. Secure each panel with panel clips, placing a clip wherever there is a marking on the diagrams above. TO ATTACH THE PANEL CLIPS: STEP 1 Using two fingers, apply pressure to the two rounded points of the clip, positioning them under the polycarbonate panel.
