simplyselecttheAssociateoption.Whennewfirmwareisdownloadedorafactoryresetisexecuted,
youwillneedtoreenteryourMyvoco.netcredentials.
Ifyourmyvoco.netaccountissetupandyourVOCOdeviceisassociatedwith
yourmyvoco.netaccount,
andyouareunabletogetonlineservicestopopulatetheOnlineservicesscreen,checkthestatusofthe
OnlineServicestextintheupperrighthandcorneroftheAPP.Thedifferentcolorswillindicatethe
status:
Red=HandsetNOTconnectedANDZoneNOT
connected
Yellow=HandsetISconnectedANDZoneNOTconnected
Purple=HandsetNOTconnectedANDZoneISconnected
Green=HandsetISconnectedANDzoneISconnected
