AssociatetheVOCOdevice,selecttheThiszonehasnotbeenconfiguredfor…..option.Youwillreceive
apop‐upwindowasking
youifyouwanttoAssociateyourVOCOdevicetoyourmyvoco.netaccount,
simplyselecttheAssociateoption.Whennewfirmwareisdownloadedorafactoryresetisexecuted,
youwillneedtore‐enteryourMyvoco.netcredentials.
Ifyourmyvoco.netaccountissetupandyourVOCOdeviceisassociatedwith
yourmyvoco.netaccount,
andyouareunabletogetonlineservicestopopulatetheOnlineservicesscreen,checkthestatusofthe
OnlineServicestextintheupperrighthandcorneroftheAPP.Thedifferentcolorswillindicatethe
status:
• Red=HandsetNOTconnectedANDZoneNOT
connected
• Yellow=HandsetISconnectedANDZoneNOTconnected
• Purple=HandsetNOTconnectedANDZoneISconnected
• Green=HandsetISconnectedANDzoneISconnected
