Apex 785 Raman Spectrometer
The Ocean Optics Apex 785 Raman spectrometer was designed for maximum
resolution and sensitivity and delivers exceptional performance. Using pat-
ented high throughput virtual slit (HTVS) technology licensed from Tornado
Spectral Systems, Apex eliminates the trade-os among throughput, resolu-
tion and spectral range and provides high sensitivity, with excellent optical
resolution, over a wide Raman shift range.
HTVS technology dramatically increases the throughput of the detection sys-
tem, allowing faster measurements and lower excitation powers for delicate
samples. Measure samples with very low noise in a fraction of the integration
time.
