Delete Collectively procedure
1 From the Mode choice dialog box, select Delete Collectively, and
click OK.
4 Help Enables display of the Font Management Utility help, and confirmation of
version information.
5 Destination
list
Displays a list of devices registered in the Font Management Utility.
Fonts/forms are deleted for devices that are selected using the check
boxes.
The list can be displayed sorted by each item.
6 Select All Click this to select all devices in the Destination List.
7 Clear All Click this to deselect all devices in the Destination List.
8Deleting
Font/Form
List
Displays a list of fonts/forms to collectively delete from the device.
Deletes fonts/forms that are selected using the check boxes.
The list can be displayed sorted by each item.
9 Select All Click this to select all devices in the Deleting Font/Form List.
10 Clear All Click this to deselect all devices in the Deleting Font/Form List.
11 Retrieve from
Device
Use to import font/form information from registered devices, and to add
this to the list.
12 Import Use to import a font/form list settings file, and to collectively add font/
form information.
For details on font/form list settings files, please refer to “Saving lists as
files” on page 3-39.
13 Delete Click this to collectively delete fonts/forms displayed in the Deleting
Font/Form List from the devices displayed in the Destination List.
