Note
The size of the thumbnails can be adjusted. Select [Thumbnail Size]
submenu of the [View] menu.
Only the first page of data that consists of multiple pages is displayed.

Reminder
If the multifunctional product is set so that color documents cannot be
transmitted by the user or account that is logged onto Box Operator,
thumbnails of color documents will not be displayed.
6.1.4 Displaying the Document List
Perform any of the following operations to display the list of saved
documents.
- Click [List] on the [View] menu.
- Right-click in the list pane, and then click [List].
