In the status menu there are six folders:
•
Ordered: contains print jobs with the status Ordered. All users in the company have access
•
Approved: contains print jobs with the status Approved. All users in the company have access,
except users with the customer role
•
In-plant: contains print jobs with the status In-plant. Only the print supplier has access
•
Shipping: contains print jobs with the status Shipping. All users in the company have access
•
On hold: contains print jobs with the status On hold. All users in the company have access. Print
jobs are On hold if a quote is requested until pricing is agreed
•
Completed: contains print jobs with the status Completed. All users in the company have access
The personal folder side menu
Depending on the access rights the personal folder side menu contains the following four folders:
•
My orders: contains the print jobs submitted by the user, sorted by status
•
My approved orders: contains the print jobs approved by the user, sorted by current status. This
folder is only visible for the power user, department manager and company manager
•
My departments: contains all the print jobs of a department, sorted by status. This folder is only
visible for a department manager
•
My company: contains all the print jobs of a company, sorted by status. This folder is only visible
for a company manager
The search side menu
There is also a search side menu. Users can search print jobs by:
•
document name
•
department name
•
required by date
•
contact name
•
order ID
The summary side menu
The summary table shows:
•
the number of orders that are in the selected folder
•
the total price of all the orders in the selected folder
•
the number of rush orders
•
the orders required to be completed today
•
the orders that are overdue
More information about the print job
By moving the mouse over the information symbol ( ) the following information about the order is
shown:
•
company name
•
department name
•
user / created by
•
publication type
•
reference
•
comments
•
order, approve, in-plant, shipping, quote and on hold dates
