The Word Maintenance displays the following information for each process:

l Process ID: The IDof the process (as seen in the Windows Task Manager)

l Started: The date and time at which the process started.

l Running Time: The time (in minutes)for which the task has been running.

To kill a running Mail Merge process:

1. Put a checkmark next to the process you want to kill

2. Click the Kill button.
