Certainprintersrequireveryspecificinformationintheirheadercommentstoworkcorrectly.Although
thiscouldalreadybehandledthroughcustomPrinterDefinitions,itcannowalsobedonedirectly
throughDynamicPPDmode.

Use system fonts as fallback for missing input file fonts
Whenfontsaremissingininputfiles(PDF,PostScript,etc.),itisnowpossibletohaveConnectusesys-
temfontsifthesamefontsareinstalledlocally.(54777)
