ThePreviewpanedisplayspreviewsofprintjobsfromwiththe"PrinterQueuepane"onpage895,the

"JobQueuepane"onthenextpage,the"JobHistorypane"onpage905andthe"AddJobwithPage

RangeDialog"onpage900.

Note: ThePreviewwillwork"outofthebox"forbothPCLfilesandstandardIPDSfilesbutnotfor

PostScriptfiles,norcontinuousIPDSoutputcreatedasMultipagePDFcontainers.Previewing

eitherofthesetypesoffilesrequirestheGhostscriptsoftwarebeinstalledfirst.

GhostscriptisafreeindustrystandardPostScriptinterpreter/rendererthatcanbedownloaded

fromhere:https://www.ghostscript.com/download/

SelecttheGhostscript AGPL ReleaseversionthatbestmatchesyourOperatingSystem,then

downloadthatinstallerandrun.PostScriptandcontinuousIPDSoutputPreviewswillthenbe

available,thenexttimeyoulaunchthePrintManager.

ThePreviewpaneallowsyoutoviewallthepagesinaprintjob,viathePreviewtoolbar:

Youcanstepthroughprintjobsusingthepagestepbuttons,ormovestraighttoaspecificpageby

enteringanumberinthepagenumberbox.Youcanalsocustomizethepreviewviewingsettingsas

youwish.

Note: PrintjobsfeaturinganassociatedConnect"OutputCreationPresets"onpage864which

have"Impositionoptions"onpage690settoLandscapewillnotPreviewinLandscape,but

ratherinPortraitmode.Theprintoutisunaffected,however.
