end database.
Someanti-virussystemsareknowntoblocktheuninstallationofMariaDBdatafiles,aswellasblocking
theuninstallationoftheMariaDBdatabaseapplicationitself.IfyouwishtouninstalltheConnectback-
enddatabaseitishighly recommendedthatanyanti-virusapplicationbestoppedpriortouninstalling
PrintShopMailConnect,asotherwisetheConnectuninstallationmightnotworkcorrectly.

Uninstallation Wizard
TheuninstallationisdonebyrunningthePrintShopMailConnectSetupWizardinuninstallmode.The
Wizardcontainsthefollowingimportantpages:
1. PrintShop Mail Connect Setup:Thispageallowsselectionofwhatistobedone.Anmodi-
ficationtotheexistinginstallation(Add or Remove Features)orfullUninstall.
NOTE:IftheUninstalloptionisselectedtheRemove user dataoptionismadeavailable.For
informationaboutexactlywhatdatawouldbesavedordeleted,pleasesee"Pre-existingUser
Data"onpage52.
2. Component Selection:IfAdd or Remove Featureswasselectedonpreviousscreen,this
pageprovidesoptionsforaddingorremovingConnectfeatures.
