TheLocaledialogboxsetsthelocaleusedinsidethetemplate.TheLocalecanaffecttime,currency
output,andotherformattingthatdependsonlocationandlanguage(see"Locale"onpage295).The
defaultLocalefornewtemplatescanbesetviathePreferences("Languagepreferences"on
