When both Media and a Master Page are used on a certain page, they will both be displayed
on the Preview tab of the workspace, the Master Page being 'in front' of the Media and the Print
section on top. To open the Preview tab, click it at the bottom of the Workspace or select View >
Preview View on the menu.
The Media will not be printed, unless this is specifically requested through the printer settings in
the Print Wizard; see "Generating Print output" on page979.

Copy Fit
Copy Fit is a feature to automatically adjust the font size of text to make it fit the available
space. It could be used for the name of a person on a greeting card, for instance, or for the
name of a product on a shelf talker. This feature is only available with Box and Div elements in
Print sections.

Creating a Print template with a Wizard
A Print template may consist of various parts, such as a covering letter and a policy. Start with
one of the Template Wizards for the first part; other parts (called 'sections') can be added later.
Print template wizards can be found in the Welcome screen and on the File menu.
In the Welcome screen that appears after startup:
l Choose Template Wizards and scroll down until you see the Basic Print templates or
ERP templates and select one of them.
l Or choose New Template and select Print, PDF-based Print, or Word-based Print.
Alternatively, on the menu select File > New, expand the Template folder, and then:
l Select PDF-based Print or Word-based Print.
l Or expand the Basic Print templates or ERP templates folder, select a template type
and click Next.
