Add customized PostScript commands to Dynamic PPD
PostScript output
Added support for customized PostScript commands in Dynamic PPDPostScript printer output.
The commands can include metadata values, so dynamic runtime information can be
incorporated within the commands. (SHARED-72170)
Added bin selection to AFPDS, IPDS and PCL output
Added support for bin selection in AFPDS, IPDS and certain PCLprinter definitions that
support bins. (SHARED-71560)
