General Settings
l
Hot Folder: Defines a global hot folder that captures jobs and places them in the Job
Queue pane. This does not automatically print the jobs, however.
l
Enable Hot Folder: Check to enable the global hot folder.
l
Monitored Folder: Enter a path for the hot folder, or click Browse to browse for it.
l
Session Retries: The number of times Print Manager will try to reconnect to the printer
before it stops trying and produces a timeout error in the messages.
l
Printer Timeout (sec): The startup time of the printer before the timeout is reported in the
messages.
l
Printer Ack Timeout (sec): This is the time that Print Manager waits for a response from
the printer after sending a response request.
l
Retry Delay: This is the time in second that the Print Manager waits before retrying a job
after the timeout.
l
Log Level: Use the drop-down to select which log level to save. Higher log levels such
as "Debug" give more helpful messages and details in the log but can impact processing
time and resources.
