Queued: Displays the time that the job entered the printer queue, or the number of
jobs queue on the printer.
l
Started: Displays the time that the job started being printed, or the number of started
jobs on the printer.
l
Finished: Displays the time that the job has finished printing, or the number of
finished jobs on the printer.
l
Job State: Displays the current job status such as Queued, Finished, Started, etc.
l
Page Range: Displays the range of pages to be printed.
l
Printed Pages: Displays the current number of printed pages in the current job, or
the total number of printed pages on the printer.
l
Job Pages: Displays the total number of pages in the job.
l
Add Job: Click to add a new job to the selected printer in the list.
l
Delete Job: Click to delete the currently selected job.
l
Pause Job: Click to temporarily pause the current job on the printer queue.
l
Start Job: Click to start a job that has been paused.
l
Cancel Job: Click to cancel a job.
l
Resubmit Job: Click to restart a job from the beginning.
Resubmit Range of Pages: Click to resubmit a selection of pages.
Re-assign to Job Queue: Takes the job out of the Printer Queue and places it back in
the generic Job Queue.
Printer Capabilities pane
The Printer Capabilities pane displays the technical capabilities of any printer that has been
added to the "Printers pane" on page 399.

Filter: Type in a filter for a specific capability name and press Enter to filter the results
below.
l
Name: Displays the list of printers and their capabilities. By default, capabilities are not
displayed for performance reason. To display the capabilities, right-click on the printer
and select "Check Printer Capabilities" or click on the button on the right.
Note
Requesting a printer's capabilities can take some time, and not all printers will
support it.
