RemoveKeySetByID
Deletes the keyset whose ID equals ID from GroupName. Returns 1 if successful, 0 otherwise.
Note
This method is functionally equivalent to using "RemoveKeySets" on the next page with its Condition
parameter set to "ID=ID".
