The available OLConnect user options define the default behavior of OLConnect tasks' OLConnect
Proxy tab. These values are used unless they are overwritten in a task's properties:
l Server Connect Settings
l Connect Proxy Address: Enter the machine name or IPAddress where the OLConnectServer
resides.
l Port: Enter the port to use to communicate with the OLConnect Server. Default:9340
l user name:Enter the user name expected by the OLConnect Server.
l Password:Enter the password expected by the OLConnect Server for the above user name.
l Email Creation Settings
l Mail Host:Enter the default SMTPServer host or IPAddress.
l Sender address:Enter the default email address used as the sender (FROM)address.
l user name:Enter the default user name for the SMTPServer if it requires it.
l Password:Enter the password for the above user name.
General Plug-In Preferences
General Plug-In preferences control the level of detail added to the PReS Workflow log file. Since log files
cover 24 hours of operation, choosing to log every task performed by PReS Workflow may result in the
creation of excessively large files.
Changing the Plug-In preferences also affects the logs displayed in the PReS Workflow Service Console.

Startup and shutdown: Select to only track when the PReS Workflow service is started and
stopped.

Task failure: Select to only track when tasks in the processes running in a PReS Workflow
configuration fail.

Task success and failure with details: Select to track when the tasks in processes running in
PReS Workflow succeed and fail, with details. Details can include why tasks fail and how
successful tasks are executed.
