The tab also provides an option to highlight the task in "The Process area" on page829 with
the default color, set in the Preferences (see "General appearance preferences" on page716),
or the color selected or defined under Highlight color on this tab.
To revert the selected highlight color to the default color, open this tab, turn the Highlight option
off and close the dialog with the OK button; then turn highlighting back on.
Highlighting can also be turned on and off via the task's contextual menu and with the Highlight
button on the View ribbon.
Input from SharePoint
The Input from SharePoint task can be used to retrieve files from a SharePoint server on your
network, filtering on your template fields and creating Metadata to use in your process.
When the Input from SharePoint task runs, it first lists all of the files to download then runs the
process once for each file in the list. If any new files are added during the process, they will not
be touched until the next time the process is scheduled.
This task can work with many of the available SharePoint servers:
l Microsoft SharePoint 2007
l Microsoft SharePoint 2010
l Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 SP2
l SharePoint Foundation 2010
Note
Document libraries using the Content Type system in SharePoint 2007 and higher (as
well as Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and higher) are supported in PlanetPress 7.5
and higher only.
Input
Any data file present on a SharePoint document store, even those not compatible with PReS
Workflow emulations, and the properties of these files.
