The PDF Viewer is accessible through one of the following methods:
l
In the Documents section of the Configuration Components pane, expand a document
present in the list. Then, right-click on the document's Preview, and click Open in PDF
Viewer.
l
Click View as PDF in the Debug toolbar. This will show the current data file in the viewer
(assuming it is a PDF). If the viewer is opened during debugging, the current state of the
PDF will be displayed (instead of the original data file).
l
In the PlanetPress Capture Document Manager dialog, select at least one document
from the database and click on View Documents.
The top area of the PDF Viewer displays the PDF, while the bottom area contains a few
controls:
l
Open: Click to browse for a PDF to open in the PDF Viewer. Note that this will not
change the data file used in the process.
l
Save: Click to browse for a location and name to save the currently active PDF in the
viewer.
l
Right Arrow: Click to view the next page of the PDF.
l
Left Arrow: Click to view the previous page of the PDF.
l
Page Selection: Type a page number and hit Enter on your keyboard to jump to that
page.
l
Zoom: Click to view a drop-down list of pre-set zoom percentage, or automatic zoom fit
options. Or, type in a zoom percentage and hig Enter on your keyboard to set the zoom
level. Note that you can also use CTRL+Scroll Wheel (on your mouse) to zoom in and
out, SHIFT+Scroll Wheel to scroll left and right, and Scroll Wheel to scroll up and down.
