To add a group in the Configuration Components pane:
l
In the Configuration Components pane, click a category and choose View | Arrange |
Group. A new group is added at the end of the category.
To add objects to an existing group:
l Drag-and-drop the objects onto the group. The objects are added as the last objects in the
group.
To remove objects from a group:
l Drag-and-drop the objects out of the group. The objects are removed from the group. If the
group becomes empty, you are prompted to confirm the deletion of the group.
To add selected objects to a new group:
1. Select multiple objects that are not part of a group. Press CTRL+G. A new group is added
and the selected items are moved to that new group.
To ungroup selected objects:
1. Select objects in a group.
2. Press CTRL+U.
Expand and Collapse Categories and Groups in the
Configuration Components Pane
You can expand and collapse the Processes, Global Variables, Documents and Printers
Queues categories, and groups, in the Configuration Components pane.
To expand or collapse categories or groups in the Configuration Components pane:

Click the Expand / Collapse button to the left of the item.
