To remove objects from a group:
l Drag-and-drop the objects out of the group. The objects are removed from the group. If the group
becomes empty, you are prompted to confirm the deletion of the group.
To add selected objects to a new group:
1. Select multiple objects that are not part of a group. Press CTRL+G. A new group is added and the
selected items are moved to that new group.
To ungroup selected objects:
1. Select objects in a group.
2. Press CTRL+U.
Expand and Collapse Categories and Groups in the Configuration
Components Pane
You can expand and collapse the Processes, Global Variables, Documents and Printers Queues
categories, and groups, in the Configuration Components pane.
To expand or collapse categories or groups in the Configuration Components pane:
l
Click the Expand / Collapse button to the left of the item.
Delete Objects and Groups from the Configuration Components
Pane
To delete a process, document, or printer queue:
l Click a process, document, or printer queue, then press DELETE.
In the case of processes and printer queues, the object is deleted. If there is only one process in the
configuration, you cannot delete it; there must be at least one process in the configuration. If you delete the
last configured process, a process with two unknown tasks remains.
