To open the PDFViewer:In the Documents section of theConfiguration Components pane, expand a
document present in the list. Then, right-click on the document's Preview, and click Open in PDFViewer.
The PDFViewer is accessible through one of the following methods:

In the Documents section of theConfiguration Components pane, expand a document present in
the list. Then, right-click on the document's Preview, and click Open in PDFViewer.
l
Click View as PDFin the Debug toolbar. This will show the current data file in the viewer (assuming it
is a PDF). If the viewer is opened during debugging, the current state of the PDF will be displayed
(instead of the original data file).
l
In the PlanetPressCapture Document Manager dialog, select at least one document from the
database and click on View Documents.
The top area of the PDFViewer displays the PDF, while the bottom area contains a few controls:
l Open: Click to browse for a PDFto open in the PDFViewer. Note that this will not change the data file
used in the process.
l Save:Click to browse for a location and name to save the currently active PDFin the viewer.
l Right Arrow:Click to view the next page of the PDF.
l Left Arrow: Click to view the previous page of the PDF.
l Page Selection:Type a page number and hit Enter on your keyboard to jump to that page.
l Zoom: Click to view a drop-down list of pre-set zoom percentage, or automatic zoom fit options. Or,
type in a zoom percentage and hig Enter on your keyboard to set the zoom level. Note that you can
also use CTRL+Scroll Wheel (on your mouse)to zoom in and out, SHIFT+Scroll Wheel to scroll left
and right, and Scroll Wheel to scroll up and down.
The PlanetPress Workflow Service Console
The PlanetPress Workflow Services Console lets you view the logging information generated by
PlanetPress Workflow as well as the services used by PlanetPress Workflow. When the number of
displayed messages reaches 2000, the first 1000 are removed from the display (this has no effect on the
actual log files).
