Telnet Input
The Telnet Input Task (also known as the Raw Socket Printing Input)receives files sent to a specific port. If
you want PlanetPress Workflow to receive data using multiple ports, you must use multiple Telnet input
tasks. To turn on or off the Telnet logging option, see the user options (see "Telnet Input Plug-In
Preferences" on page 571).
Input
This task does not poll an input, it sits there and waits for a job file to be sent through the Telnet port.
Processing
When the job is received through Telnet, it is saved as a job file. No further processing is done on the file.
Output
The task outputs the job file as is, with no evaluation or modification.
