Group, Ungroup: Triggers grouping functionality.
l
Properties...: Displays the properties, which lets you set a default value for the
global variable.
l
Connect Resources: Displays a list of PlanetPress Connect resources that can be used
in processes (see: "Connect resources" on page40). Different resources are divided into
subfolders:
l
Data Mapping Configurations: Displays a list of data mapping configurations used
with the Execute Data Mapping task. For each data mapping configuration in the
list, the following two items appear within them:
l
Data Model: Displays the data model used in the data mapping configuration.
Double-click on the data model to view it in your default XML viewer
(generally, Internet Explorer).
l
Sample Data File(s): Displays a list of sample files that are included in the
data mapping configuration. Double-click on a file to use it as a sample data
file for the active process.

Document Templates: Displays a list of templates that can be used in content
creation tasks: "Create Email Content" on page620, "Create Web Content" on
page639 and "Create Print Content" on page636.
l
Job Presets: Displays a list of Job Presets that can be used in the "Create Job" on
page624 task.
l
Output Presets: Displays a list of Output Presets that can be used in the "Create
Output" on page627 task.
l
PPS/PSM Documents: Displays a list of PlanetPress Suite Design and PrintShop Mail
(Suite) documents that have been imported into PlanetPress Workflow (see "PlanetPress
Design documents" on page44 and "PrintShop Mail documents" on page50). Right-click
on the section or on a document to access a drop-down menu that offers these choices:

Insert Resident Document: Inserts a new Resident Document, which is a
placeholder for a PlanetPress Design document that resides exclusively on the
printer.
l
Cut, Copy, Paste: Controls the clipboard.
l
Delete: Deletes the document from the configuration, as well as the Workflow Tools
Working Folders.
l
Refresh: Regenerates a PostScript Cache from the original document's PTK file.
