iii) Are the PlanetPress services running? Load the PlanetPress Suite Service Console (Start |
Progams | PlanetPress Suite 7 || PlanetPress Suite Service Console) to see if the services
are running
If you cannot see the word running (above), select PlanetPress Production and then right
click and select Start. You should see some messages and when the status says Running –
try again.
Once you login correctly, you should see the system screen which will allow you to configure the
system further.
