StrokeAndFill (procedure)
Outlines the current shape using the pen colour and width specified with the setstrokecolor and
setlinewidth command. The shape is then filled using the colour specified with the setfillcolor command.
To simply outline the shape, use stroke instead. If you only want to fill the shape, use fill.
