CSV file options

Encoding:TheDesignercannotinferfromaCSVfilewhatencodingitisin.Thedefaultisright
inthelargemajorityofcases,butwhenitisn't,itcanbeverydifficulttofigureoutthecorrect
encoding.Askyoursourcewhattheencodingofthefileis.

Field separator:Choosethecharacterthatseparatesthefieldsinthefile.

Comment delimiter:Iftherearecommentlinesinthefile,typethecharacterthatstartsacom-
