IfyoustillusePlanetPress7legacydocuments,PTKfilescanbeimportedbyclickingonthe
WorkflowtoolbuttonatthetopleftcorneroftheWorkflowtoolinterface.IfcopyingthePlan-
etPress Workflow 8folderdirectly,it'simportanttodeleteanyfilewiththe.ps7extensionso
astorefreshthePostScriptfileforthenewworkstation.Deletingthe.ps7fileswillmakeWork-
flowrecreatethem.

TheWorkflowconfigurationfileitselfisnamedppwatch.cfg,andisbackedupwiththefolders.
However,itneedstobere-senttotheServicetobeused.Todothis,renamethefileto.OL-Work-
flow,openthefilewiththeWorkflowtool,andsendtheconfiguration.

LocateCustomPlugins(.dll)fromthebelowfolderontheoldworkstationandimportthemonto
thenewworkstation:

1. StarttheWorkflowConfigurationTool.
2. ClickonthePlug-inBar.
3. ClickonthedownpointingtriangleundertheUncategorizedgroup.
4. SelectImport Plug-inandselectthe.dllfile.

ImportanyexternalscriptsusedbytheRun Scriptplugin,makingsuretheyreflectthesame
pathsasonthepreviousworkstation

Installanyexternalapplication,executableandconfigurationfilesusedbytheExternalProgram
plugin,makingsuretheyreflectthesamepathsasonthepreviousworkstation

ReconfigurelocalODBCconnections(i.e.createlocalcopiesofdatabasesorrecreaterequired
DSNentries).

Backupandimportothercustomconfigurationfiles,MicrosoftExcelLookupfiles,makingsure
theyreflectthesamepathsaspreviously.

ReinstallrequiredexternalprinterdriversandrecreateallWindowsprinterqueuesandTCPIP
