WhenOLConnectSendPlug-Insareinstalled(eitherstandaloneorviaaWorkflowinstallation)onthe
samemachineasConnect,aninterferencebetweenOLConnectSend'sinternalDatabaseandthatof
Connectmayoccur,whichwillblockabrowserpopuponthatsamemachine.
ThisissuecanbefixedbyapplyingastartupwaittotheConnectServerService.
Iftheissueoccursduringruntime,restartingtheConnectServerServicewillfixtheissue.
OLConnect Send issues under Microsoft Edge browser.

Issueswithusingthebuilt-inWindows10default"Administrator"accountandtheOLConnect
SendClient.ThisisduetoWindowsdisallowingtheopeninganEdgebrowserwhilstrunning
underthisaccount.Thisblocksinteractionwiththeprinterdriver.

TheMicrosoftEdgebrowserfailstodisplaywebpageswhenWorkflow'sCORSoption(inthe
HTTPServerInput2section)issetto"*".Thisissuewillberesolvedinafuturerelease.
Installation Paths with Multi-Byte Characters
WheninstallingtheChinese(TraditionalorSimplified)orJapaneseversionsofConnect,iftheuserspe-
cifiesanalternativeinstallationpathcontainingmulti-byte/wide-charcharactersitcanbreaksomeof
thelinkstotheConnect-relatedshortcutsintheStartMenuandcauseanerrortoappearattheendof
theinstaller.Theworkaroundforthemomentistousethedefaultinstallationpath.Theproblemwillbe
addressedinalaterrelease.
Switching Languages
ChangingthelanguageusingtheWindow>Preferences>Language Settingmenuoptiondoesnot
currentlychangeallofthestringsintheapplicationtotheselectedlanguage.Thisisaknownissueand
willbefixedinalaterrelease.
Inthemeantimeweofferthefollowingworkaroundforanyonewhoneedstochangethelanguage:
