ManyCOTGcustomerscreatedocumentsforwhichtheydon’twanttosetanexpirydate(ora

lifespan).Theythereforesetanexpirydatefarintothefuturetomakesurethedocumentremainsinthe

repository.However,oncethedocumenthasbeenfilledtheywouldliketoremoveitfromtherepository

assoonaspossiblesoitdoesn’tcluttertheviewoftherepository.Accordingly,anewWorkflowtask

nowallowsdeletionofadocumentfromtheCOTGrepository,usingjusttheID.TheIDisobtained

whenthedocumentisfirstsenttotheCOTGserverandcouldconceivablybestoredinWorkflow’s

DataRepositoryuntilyouneedittodeletethedocument.Thetaskcanbeusedeitherasastandard
