suchaselectionismade.

PPD file name:SelectaPostScriptPrinterDefinition(PPD)file,usingtheBrowse but-
ton.
OncethePPDisloaded,youwillbeaskedtosavethisnewPrinterDefinitiontype.
WhenthenewPrinterDefinitionissaved,thePPDInfoboxwillbepopulatedwithinform-
ationregardingit,andthefollowingnewdialogoptionsbecomeavailable:

Add:AddnewMediaentries.ThislaunchestheDynamicTrayMapping
EditorDialogtoallowyoutosettheMediaproperties.
l Delete:DeletetheselectedMediafromthetable.
l / Move Up / Down:MovetheselectedMediaupordownwithinthetable.

Import tray settings:ImportadditionalMediaentriesfromexistingtem-
plates.Thechoicesare:

Import from current template:AstheMediaselectionsfromthecur-
renttemplateareautomaticallyaddedtothetable,selectingthisoption
wouldeitherduplicatetheexistingentries(iftheyhadnotbeendeleted)
orwouldrepopulatethetablewiththoseentries(hadtheybeendeleted).
Iftheexistingentrieshadnotbeendeleted,thenthenewlyimported
Medianameswillbeidenticaltotheentriesalreadyinthetable,andthus
theirnameswillneedtobechanged.
