Printer driver properties and advanced
settings
It is not normally necessary to change the OL Connect Send printer driver's properties or
advanced settings.
Most of these settings (e.g. Output Destination, Stapling, Jogging) will not have an effect,
unless the print service supports them. Ask your print service provider which features can be
used when printing a document.
Nevertheless, a few settings are important to the proper functioning of OL Connect Send. It is
recommended not to change them, or if they were changed, to revert them to the default
settings, listed below.
Properties:

l Font Substitution Table: all fonts are set to <Don't Substitute>
l Minimum Font Size to Download as Outline: 1 pixels
To open the Properties: in Window's Devices and Printers control panel, right-click the printer
and select Printer properties.
Advanced settings:

l TrueType Font: Download as Softfont

Document options - Postscript options:
l PostScript Output Option: Optimize for Portability

To open the Advanced settings: in Window's Devices and Printers control panel, right-click the
printer and select Printing preferences; then click the Advanced button.
