Remove your camera from
the tripod. Then twist the
center column locking knob
counterclockwise to unlock the
center column. Pull the center
column up while pressing on
the push button located on the
bottom of the center column.
When the bottom of the center
column clears the tripod’s
top plate, turn the center
column angle locking knob
counterclockwise to loosen it
and tilt the center column to
the desired angle. The center
column can be rotated 90°
up and 90° down from the
horizontal. Lock the center
column at the desired angle by
turning the center column angle
locking knob clockwise until
it’s tight.
Adjust the length of the center
column, being careful to balance
it so that the tripod is stable, and
turn the center column locking
knob clockwise to lock it. The
center column can be rotated a
full 360° by rotating the center
column rotating locking knob
counterclockwise. When you
mount your camera to the tripod
in this configuration, take care
to balance camera on the tripod.
DO NOT MOUNT THE CENTER
COLUMN HORIZONTALLY WITH
YOUR CAMERA ON THE TRIPOD.
