Q What is the thickness of the plastic water heater pans?
A .0625"
Q What diameters are available for the water heater pans?
A Plastic and aluminum pans are available in the following sizes: 18", 20", 22", 24", 26", 28", 30" and 32".
Make note that these are interior dimensions and the exterior dimensions for each pan size is plus 1".
Q What is the maximum temperature that plastic water heater pans can be exposed to before
the integrity of the pan is affected?
A The Vicat softening temperature is 180°F.
Q Can the existing holes in the pans be plugged by the end user?
A No. It is very unlikely that you would be able to create a watertight patch, and this would void any
manufactures warranties. If you need a pan without holes for your application, we offer several pans for
you to choose from: 22" Plastic Pans #34066 do not have holes stamped into them. Aluminum Pans are
available without holes in all sizes.
Q Does Oatey offer a washing machine pan without the ribs on the inside bottom?
A Yes. The #34169 – 28"x30" pan does not have ribs.
Q What are the measurements for the Washing Machine Pans?
A Outside diameter: 29-3/4" x 31-3/4"
