INSTRUCTIONS:
NOTE – Application of Dearborn Safety Series Covers should be
started only after the entire lavatory supply and tubular system
has been installed, tested and conrmed to be leak free.
1. Conrm that all pieces of your kit are included in the bag.
The individual pieces of the kit are listed on the bag. Some
applications may require a different kit or additional components.
For example: ADA sink applications can include a straight or
offset grid drain tailpiece.
2. Measure, cut to desired length and install the Supply Line Covers.
3. After the Supply Line Covers are in place, install the Stop Covers by
placing them over the valve and wrapping them around the Supply
Line Covers.
4. Measure, cut to desired length and install the Straight Grid Drain
Tailpiece Cover. This cover should terminate directly above the
J-Bend nut.
5. Install J-Bend Cover by wrapping around the bottom of the
Straight Grid Drain Tailpiece Cover.
6. Measure Wall Tube Cover and cut to length. The Wall Tube Cover
should extend to, and terminate at the wall ange. If additional
length is required, use Part # ADA095 to cover any wall
tube extensions.
7. Inspect that all hook and loop fasteners are fully
inserted and secure.
REQUIRED TOOLS: Scissors/Razor Knife, Tape Measure,
Pencil, Pen or Marker
Accommodates trap with and without cleanouts.
Securely ts both 1¼" and 1½" tubular systems.
