Make sure existing rain collar is dry and clean
Put a liberal amount of exterior silicone on
the top of the existing rain collar and the
underside of the new rain collar
Push the new rain collar down over the
pipe end and slide it down onto the existing
rain collar
Press rmly to make sure the new rain collar sets on top of the existing rain collar to ensure
silicone is completely compressed
