Internet Sharing
Internet Sharing via Bluetooth®
Enabling your PC to access the Internet via Bluetooth® wireless.
You can access the Internet from your PC, via Bluetooth® Internet Sharing.
1. Turn on Bluetooth® on your phone and make it visible.
2. Launch Internet sharing – press Start > All Programs > More > Internet Sharing.
3. Select PC Connection to Bluetooth PAN, and press Connect.
4. On your PC, right click and select Join a Personal Area Network from the Bluetooth® tray icon.
5. Your PC will then locate your phone and you select it from a list.
6. On your PC, type in the pass code. Then type the same code on your phone.
7. Now you can access the Internet on your PC through Bluetooth® PAN.
NOTE : Not all computers use the same procedure to locate the Bluetooth® window and to set up of PAN
networking. Please refer to your computer operating system Help for more information.
Internet Sharing via a USB connection
Enabling your PC to access the Internet via USB connection.
You can access the Internet from your PC through USB Internet Sharing.
1. Launch Internet sharing, press Start > All Programs > More > Internet Sharing.
3. Select PC Connection to USB, and press Connect
4. Then you can access Internet on your PC through USB Internet sharing.
NOTE: While using Internet Sharing, ActiveSync® will be disconnected.
Remote Desktop
The Remote Desktop feature allows you to establish a remote connection with a host computer which is
running Windows® Terminal Services.
1. On the home screen, press Start > All Programs > More > Remote Desktop > [OK].
2. Input Computer, User name, Password, Domain.
3. Press Connect.
NOTE: Data is collected from your phone so you can connect to servers (remote computers running Windows®
Terminal Services) using your preferred settings. Your user name, password, and domain information are
collected so you don’t have to re-enter them each time you connect to the same computer.
