Insert a picture into an e-mail
message
While composing your message, press Menu > Insert > Picture.
Insert a voice recording into an e-
mail message
While composing your message, press Menu > Insert > Voice Note.
Set the priority, security, and
language of an e-mail message
While composing your message, press Menu > Message Options.
Cancel a message While composing your message, press Menu > Cancel Message.
Save a message While composing your message, press Menu > Save to Drafts.
Delete a message With the message you want to delete selected, press Menu > Delete.
Move a message to another folder With the message you want to move selected, press Menu > Move. Scroll
to the new folder and press Select.
Sort messages On any account screen, press Menu > Options > Display. In Sort
Messages by, select your desired sort method.
Insert a signature On any account screen, press Menu > Options > Signatures.
Change message options On any account screen, press Menu > Options.
Downloading e-mail messages
Use Messaging to send and receive e-mail messages in either ways:
• Synchronise e-mail messages with Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Outlook on your PC.
• Send and receive e-mail messages by connecting directly to an e-mail server through an Internet Service
Provider (ISP) or a network.
